Nayeem Choudhury serves as the Director at Access Concierge Care, with over seven years of experience in healthcare. Starting his career as a Care Coordinator in 2016, his journey has been defined by continuous learning, adaptability, and a strong passion for providing top-quality care.

Throughout his career at Access, Nayeem has held various roles that have deepened his understanding of patient care’s complexities and the significant impact it has on families. His expertise drives his mission to lead Concierge Care with a focus on personalized and compassionate service. From his early career, Nayeem recognized the vital need for bedside care and the emotional toll on families, which fuels his commitment to providing caregivers who meet both the clinical and emotional needs of patients.

As Private Duty Manager at HSS and NYP, Nayeem collaborated with hospital leadership to improve patient satisfaction and reduce risks such as falls and readmissions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he worked as a Nurse Recruiter, matching facilities and patients with top-tier clinicians and reaffirming his belief that heroes wear scrubs.

Nayeem also founded the Patient Service Liaison team, personally engaging with patients, families, and healthcare teams. He believes that concierge care is more than just scheduling shifts—it’s about making sure every patient feels valued and heard.

Outside of work, Nayeem is a devoted family man, an avid traveler, and a lover of food, culture, and football. His personal experiences and professional journey inspire his dedication to transforming bedside service into something Greater every day.
